Being based in Wexford matters when a project needs a site visit, equipment needs to be installed or a problem is easier to solve in person. Remote help has its place, but it should not be the only option.
More than the installation
The relationship should continue after the new equipment is switched on. After-sales support is part of the offer so businesses have somewhere familiar to turn when needs change or something stops working as expected.
